Civil Rights Attorney

A civil rights attorney is a legal expert who specializes in representing individuals in cases where their civil rights may be challenged or endangered. The United States Constitution guarantees that American citizens all have certain unalienable rights and that all men (and women) are to be treated equally. If an individual believes that he or she is being discriminated against, then he or she can hire a civil rights attorney to argue for their rights in a court of law. Everyone has the right to a fair trial and due process.
