Disability Discrimination Workplace

Disability discrimination occurs when individuals are treated unfairly due to a physical or mental limitation. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), employers are required to grant individuals with disabilities employment opportunities comparable to those offered to individuals without disabilities. Once hired, employers are required to provide equivalent training and compensation to both disabled and non-disabled employees.
