Discrimination In Women

From a legal sense, women are to be granted with the same opportunities as their male counterparts. However, the facts reveal that this is not always the case - discrimination in women remains an issue throughout education, employment, and even housing. Discrimination in women refers to any actions that are taken to limit a woman based only on their sex. Usually, this means that actions taken for a male should be the same for a woman of the same qualifications. Women are protected by very strict legal guidelines concerning this type of discrimination, and parties that are found guilty may be required to compensate those discriminated against. However, there are certain circumstances that can legalize discrimination in women, such as needing a male to work within a male dressing room.
