Employees Discrimination

In 2003, a Coca-Cola factory in Cincinnati, Ohio was brought to trial for racial discrimination. The company's black employees asserted that the working conditions within the factory were intolerable, citing a hostile environment created by supervisors who allowed white employees speak with racial slurs and threats. The employees also described instances of physical abuse at the hands of white employees. For the company's many employees discrimination was a common occurrence.
