And though the gender may have changed, meaning some circumstantial things may change as well, the general concept of this sex-based discrimination still applies. Men discrimination consists of discriminatory actions taken against men because of their male sex. Common practices that may constitute this type of discrimination include denial of a job position, refusal to offer a loan, or other such actions taken discriminatory. However, there are certain types of discrimination that are legal. For example, an employer is within their legal rights if they deny a man a position where a female is needed, such as working in a dressing room or an all-girls school.
