Sexual Harassment At Work

Sexual harassment at work, or in the workplace as it is more commonly known, is any type of discriminatory act, which occurs in the workplace either by the owner, managers or even other employees. Specifically, this type of discrimination targets others in a sexual way, either through words or actions. In many instances, sexual harassment is defined as unwanted sexual encounters, even those that are simple advances. However, it can also be considered harassment if the individual accepts such advances because he or she feels they need to in order to keep their job, advance or for other reasons.
